In this fourth episode, Ryan and I are joined by my dear friend and colleague Rev. Dr. Rebecca Voelkel. Rebecca is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ, the Director of the Center for Sustainable Justice, and one of the fiercest and most talented faith-based organizers I know.

During our discussion, Rebecca and I reflect on lessons regarding values based intersectional movement building that we gleaned from our history of faith-based organizing. We also talk about the implications of these lessons for secular organizers in this time of deep polarization, particularly the difference we each can make through Graceful Engagement.

This podcast is what Ryan is calling a “special double length episode” (i.e. it is a bit long)
